DELIVERY METHODS
Shipement to the door (Poland)
- By default, parcels are sent via DPD courier. If you have preferences for choosing a courier, please let us know in the order comment.
- In addition to courier delivery, we also offer delivery to InPost parcel lockers, subject to the size limitations of the order. If you choose this option, the package will be delivered to the nearest available InPost parcel locker.
- The cost of delivery is PLN 15.00 net (PLN 18.45 with tax). Regardless of the chosen payment method.
- Free delivery is valid for orders over PLN 600 net (PLN 738 gross).
- Shipments are sent on working days before 13:00
- Delivery time consists of the time of completion and delivery time:
1. Time needed to complete the shipment
• up to 24h for goods available in our warehouse,
• about 14 days for goods not available in our warehouse
• to be confirmed, in the case of goods not available in the manufacturer's warehouse.
Availability of goods: You can check the availability of goods by contacting our customer service.
The deadline for completion is each time confirmed in an email.
2. Delivery time
This is the time needed to deliver the parcel to the customer's home by a courier company.
Usually it is the next day, but the courier has up to 48 hours.

Pick-up from our office (Poland, Krakow)
- The collection can be made from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 16:30 at the headquarters of our company at 12 Przemysłowa Street in Krakow.
- We will inform you by e-mail or telephone about the fact that the ordered product is ready for collection.
- Personal pickup is possible both with cash payment and payment by credit card or after prepayment by wire transfer.
Delivery via our merchant (selected areas - Poland)
- For regular customers and larger orders, it is possible to arrange the delivery of goods via a merchant - a supervisor of a given region.
- This option is not available when placing orders through the store. Please contact us in advance to arrange this option.
- Voivodeships: Małopolskie, Podkarpackie, Świętokrzyskie, Łódzkie, Śląskie, and Dolnośląskie
International delivery
- The online store enables purchases with delivery to selected European Union countries under DAP Incoterms® - Delivery at Place.
- International shipments are handled via the GlobKurier platform. Depending on the destination country, parcel dimensions and service availability, the order may be delivered by carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL or another logistics operator.
- The cost and estimated delivery time for international shipping are displayed in the shopping cart after selecting the destination country.
- For heavy, oversized products or items requiring an individual transport quotation, the shipping cost may be calculated individually before the order is processed.
- Self-collection is also possible under EXW Incoterms® - Ex Works. To arrange this option, please contact our customer service by email.
